Eagle Bone Whistle

Whistle carved from eagle wing bone; twisted leather string attached to whistle with sinew; medicine bundle with large blue and small black and pink beads attached to string; strips of tan fur, piece of abalone shell and gray plume tied to bundle.

Channeler Edge tool with blade sticking out of brass attachment. One knob adjusts the metal blade and the other adjusts brass attachment. Inscription on left side of metal tip. Wooden handle has leather strip for hanging tool. Would cut slit in edge of leather while trimming edge. Probably used in harness making.
