There are two notebooks, volume 1 and volume 2. Contains reference material. Care needs to be taken looking through notebook. 'The Sun City Home Owners Association Study for the Future' April 1995

The study was conducted to document and interpret the growth and changes of Sun City and to project its future based on these and other societal changes, on the eve of Sun Cities 35th anniversary. The purpose of the study was to learn how the physical, social and commercial aspects of Sun City have evolved. The goal for the study was to identify changes that will need to be accommodated in the future. This report summarizes what was learned from the study. Research for the study was multi-faceted and gathered from a variety of 2,000 sources.
