Case, Makeup. Alligator skin covered; small rectangular case; main compartment has two locks, pockets on 3 sides; central section in lid has beveled glass mirror, cloth straps and snaps for holding brushes, makeup, etc.; Two side sections in lid; left lined with velvet; other with straps and cloth pockets; 4 metal casters on back; sewn leather hinge. Gold initials: F.L.H. under handle refer to Frances Langford (Hall) who used it while with U.S.O. entertaining troops during WWII.
