Bottle opener with cork screw from the Mark Twain Hotel Silver metal bottle opener with cork screw. Fulcrum at one end, corkscrew folds up into handle. At back of handle (opposite from fulcrum) is a grove in which the point of the screw sits to lock it in place. Above groove is hole for putting opener on key ring. Opener handle and fulcrum made from single piece of metal, folded in half. STAMP On side of fulcrum: 'Vaughan Chicago Made and Pat in U.S.A.
