Mahogany card table, New York, having hinged, swivel top with canted corners abovea plain frieze on dolphin supports in the front and spiral-turned supports in the rear. Sits on a concave shaped plinth raised on four acanthus and hairy paw supports ending in claw feet, on casters. Brass plaque at center hinge (revealed only when table is folded) reads "In memory of Justice Joseph Rucker Lamar given by Mrs. Lamar."
