Soldier's discharge for George Pratt, Sergeant, Co. G, 59th Regt. of the Virginia Vols. Enlisted 1st July 1861 to serve one year. Discharged by reason of disbursement of his company. Given at Richmond, 15th Jan. 1862. Printed on blue paper, ink fading. Three pronounced vertical folds in the paper.
