Vase. A vase 12 inches high of Japanese manufacture. Made of sheet brass covered in porcelain (a technique called cloisonné) in an elaborate and rich design of flowers on a blue and green background. The design is outlined with inlaid gold wires. This vase was made by the Cloisonné Treasure Company, 113 Suzuki, Seiichira, Tai Nippon, Japan. Chinese Ching dynasty (1880-1910); made for the Imperial Palace at Kungwah as a gift from merchant group, Per J. Yed May 1977.
