Mahogany clothes press, probably made in New York., in two parts: the upper section with cove-molded cornice above two field-panelled cupboard doors enclosing three shelves, and the lower section with four graduated, cock-bead-molded long drawers with brass bail handle pulls and oval keyhole escutcheons over a molded-edge base. Press is raised on bold, ogee bracket feet.
