Content Description: 

Painting. A carved street scene painted on two 3/4," rough wooden boards with various details such as people, store windows and fronts, a palm tree, cloud and roofs painted on pieces of wood and glued to the board. It shows a brick street, sidewalk with a man carrying a pineapple, a woman with a broom and a fox terrier. All the store windows and doors are shuttered except for one. The door is open showing merchandise and the nine pane window that shows hardware tools and lanterns. Two weather warning flags are flying, indicating a hurricane warning.
