Mahogany dining table attributed to James Watkins, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In three sections: the central drop-leaf section (a) with two contemporary, but not-original, D-shaped ends (b and c), each with solid mahogany drop leaf; the apron with mahogany and mahogany veneer panels and cock-beaded molding; over square (Marlborough) legs ending in block feet, the rear legs with chamfered edges.
