Dress and Adornment, Personal Adornment and Ritual Regalia. Fan made five tan and brown barred owl feathers wrapped with ivory hide at their base. They are fitted loosely into a small round grip of ivory hide. Three bands of aqua and orange seed beads adorn the grip. Fringe (3 1/2") hangs at the bottom.
