a) A U.S. Naval Honor guard badge worn at the inauguration of Richard Nixon as President in 1969. It is white cloth with gold printing and the top of the capitol dome in gold on it. It is held by a metal pin which has a frame around a name card and has a safety pin on the back. b) Cardboard holder with printed information concerning the memento value of such a ribbon and the badge company that made it. C) Wax paper envelope that contained the card and the ribbon.
