Menu: Mark Twain Centennial Announcement Dinner 1-15-1935 4 page program (no binding) for the 1935 Mark Twain Centennial Announcement Dinner and Broadcast. (January 15, 1935) Upper right side and center of front has oval cut-out. Glued to inside of menu/program is gold foil paper image of Twain in rocker (by A.B. Paine). Title for dinner at top center and just below oval. Down left side is illust. of tall burning candle. Inserts have menue and program of events, also has list of participants in the Centennial Committee and the Mark Twain Centennial Broadcast. On back is photo of lighthouse in upper left corner. Article about lighthouse wraps around the image, title at top in black letters. Committee is Mahan, George A. Violette, Daniel Williams, George H. Stevens, Hugh Shoemaker, Floyd C.
