This supplement contains the proceeding of the extra session of the Texas Legislature concerning several bills debated and passed including a bill to regulate the cultivation of cotton. Also a question is called on President Davis' message requesting that several states of the Confederacy each assume their proportional part of the public debt of the Confederacy.
