The Outer Rim Is Severely Abraded/Chipped On The Lower Right Side (Between 4 & 5 O'Clock). A Gold Painted Border Around The Inner Edge Is Worn (Scratched & Cracked) In Numerous Places; A Black Painted Border Surrounding The Gold Border Is Also Worn (Scratched, Cracked & Abraded) In Several Places
