American National Red Cross Nurse pin with cardboard backing. Pin is a small circular disk made of brass with a laurel leaf design running along the outside edge. The interior has a blue ring just inside the laurel with text that reads "American National Red Cross Nurse", and inside of this is a white circle with a red cross centered in it. The colors appear to be enamel paint. On the back is a pin and locking hook to hold it secure when object is fastened onto clothing. The number 65251 are stamped into the metal vertically against the direction of the pin. This is the badge number that the organization uses to keep track of each pin.
