Program: First Day of Issue Ceremonies Mark Twain Com. Stamp Cream colored booklet made of one piece of paper folded into eighths (folded to make 4 pages). Title on front cover in brown letters. At center of front cover is illustration of Tom and Joe Harper playing by riverside, a ghost of Mark Twain's head, Huck fishing by riverside and a steamboat coming up river. Inside on second page is cancelled issue of the Norman Rockwell Tom Sawyer stamp. Back page has history of Mark Twain and Hannibal Missouri. Same for all in collection.
