Chair, Hall. Or Side Chair. Made of Birch wood. Could have been used as a kitchen chair. Saddle seat made of multiple boards. Style of piece does not seem to match any particular style. Cabriole shaped front & back legs. Back legs rise to form stiles. Two turned stretchers on each side and front, one plain stretcher in back. Front of crest rail has incised scroll on sides and in center. Made in a factory with dowels and screwed together. This piece has been completely stripped and refinished, with a deep oxblood stain
