Brown and polychrome Chinese Coromandel four-fold screen from the Chien-Lung Dynasty. Each panel has incised floral, bird and peacock polychrome-painted decoration on a dark brown ground. Reverse depicts figures in pavilions within upper panels decorated with landscapes and lower panels with scholars' tools. Stands on long feet.
