A large, hand-carved, wooden spoon used for cooking and serving Seminole sofkee. The bowl is large and quite deep. The handle is thick, the first 7 1/2 inch five sided ending with a notch on the back side making the last 6 inches thinner. This last 6 inches bends down at the notch and tapers to the end. There is a small hole 1 3/8 inches from the tip for string to hang the spoon up.
