Southern mahogany bureau bookcase, possibly made in Columbia, South Carolina. Circa 1830-1840. Peaked cornice with pierced cloverleaf over case with pair of glazed doors over drawers, on lower part with hinged and sloped writing surface and three long drawers, raised on shaped bracket feet. Belonged to the Guignard Family of Columbia, South Carolina.
