Metal hat stretcher marked Feldman Machine Works, made in the USA, NY, NY. Measuring device on base, marked with head sizes and inch measurements. Marked 110 volts. 300 watts. Serial number - A651. PR There is a metal handle to open and close the hat mold. The handle is more polished than the rest of the mold. PL The hat mold is circular and connected by metal bars to the handle. The mold is in two pieces and works like a vice with the handle. There is also a piece of metal tubing that hangs in a loop from under the hat mold. On the bottom PL there are two prongs which appear to be for electric hook ups for the mold. The mold would be heated electrically to form the hat. Base is painted black; handle is chrome-plated.
