Plain maple (some curl) pointed bag shaped grip; no markings on the barrel, top strap carries light border engraving and stylized flower design; stamped "HALE & TULLER/HARTFORD, CONNECTICUT"; immediately in front of rear sight, the small letters "US" stamped crosswise; an unusual feature, unlikely that it was ever government. property; under side of the neck of the hammer carries the serial # 365.

Physical Description: 

Iron/steel, maple. Length - 7 7/8"; Full octagon barrel length - 4 9/16"; About .28 caliber.
