Walter Nourse fr I Brewster 7/4/1646 Worthy Sir I have received your lre and accordingly have sent [lettre] your lat, as for you Ded poem I have bespoken one [dedimus potestatem] which is in Corm Gloucester, & there must be another in Cormitatu Hereffordshire, ye chardage wilbe double, 24 iid a peece besides ye draqing of ye precipe, concord & fec' each There wilbe no seale these 3 weekes, so long I shal stay here, therefore, I thought good to certifie you so much before I doe anything therein; as for Berrowe, you have ye decl with you, neither have [declaration] you sent it up to me to have Iudgment signed, I shal therefor desire you to send it up with all speed possible, for I will use my best endeaver with the master of ye office for obteyning ye same before my coming downe; Of these things if it please you speedily to certifie me of, you shal in them & in all things find none that willbe more willing to pleasure you then is your friend & humble servant I.
