Content Description: 

Chair, Hall. Side wicker chair. Armless. Sabre style front & back legs. Elaborate openwork around knees & seat rail. Close woven seat rail in front with blue-green decorative cane design woven on front of rattan skirt. Closely woven rattan seat in wood seat frame, reinforced by wood braces below seat. Back legs become stiles as they rise to crest. Decorative overlay of wood balls & cane. Center splat of wood & tightly woven rattan with decorative open work is in center in a trumpet configuration. Top rail is elaborate curving openwork & close woven headrest with matching decorative colored blue-green design woven over top of rattan. Under seat is modern (1970s) epoxyed in wood bracing under original seat.
