Gown, Evening, Woman's. Informal ball gown? Multicolored with iridescent hand painted ornamentation. According to accompanying data, this gown was made in Paris for Mrs. P. Phillips by Melnott Simonon and exhibited at Paris Exposition of Decorative Arts in 1925 where it won a prize.
