Content Description: 

Woman's blue winter service uniform for the U.S. Air Force or WAF. A) This single breasted jacket is fully lined with four ligne USAF silver-colored oxidized metal buttons. Jacket has a rounded notch collar, a right and a left breast pocket, and a right and left welt pocket with flaps. There are four bound button holes. There is a braided trim 3" above the hem of each sleeve. There is Lt. Col insignia on each shoulder epaulet, U.S. insignia on each collar lapel and ribbon insignia on the left breast. B) Winter service skirt is made from same blue wool fabric as the jacket. Skirt has a 1 1/2" waistband with a button and zipper closure. The 6-gored skirt has a slight flare with front and back single waist darts. Skirt is partially lined. C) Blue and gray wool duty service hat. Bill is turned up in the back. There is embroidery on the bill with silver thread which represents clouds and lightening. On the front of the hat is a silver colored metal insignia of the USA "spread eagle".
