H. Mitchell Caldwell

H. Mitchell Caldwell is a professor at the Pepperdine University School of Law. Caldwell primarily teaches criminal procedure, criminal law, and trial advocacy, and has tried cases in the California and United States Supreme Courts. He co-authored The Devil's Advocates with Michael S. Lief in 2007.

Professor Caldwell has received several teaching awards, including the Richard Jacobson Award as the nation's premier trial advocacy teacher in 2000.
