Walter C. Evans
Walter C. Evans, at his death president of Westinghouse Radio Stations, Inc., was a pioneer wireless operator who got his first license in 1914, when he was fifteen. In the early Twenties, when Westinghouse had opened a new station, KYW, in Chicago, and Evans was chief engineer, all kinds of people would turn up.
