Alan Taylor
Alan Taylor is a noted historian and Pulitzer Prize-winning author who specializes in Colonial America, the American Revolution, and the Early Republic. Taylor is currently serving as a Professor of History at the University of California-Davis but is perhaps best known for writing William Cooper's Town: Power and Persuasion on the Frontier of the Early American Republic, which won the 1996 Pulitzer Prize in American history.
