I certainly enjoyed reading Benjamin McArthur’s article. One correction, however. Mortimer Adler did , finally, receive a bachelor’s degree from Columbia—in 1983, marching in along with the rest of the graduates.

Had I known that this was possible, I too would have skipped the swimming test and waited the sixty years!
