Coryell County Museum

The Coryell Museum and Historical Center will provide a wide range of cultural, educational, and research opportunities relating to issues in the arts, sciences, and history for the people of the Coryell County area, the State of Texas, and all visitors. The museum displays a nationally known collection of spurs and western memorabilia. The museum houses the oldest building in Coryell County, a double-walled log jail that was built in 1854. Other exhibits include an old-time doctor's office, blacksmith shop, soda fountain, and other interesting set ups.
